The IRM displayed how researching embryonic development in zebrafish can help us learn about humans at the 3rd annual Philadelphia Science Carnival. Thousands of children, parents, and neighbors excitedly gathered to observe our swimming fish and hatching embryos. Young scientists displayed their creativity by building and coloring their own fish. Thank you to all of the volunteers - local teachers, students, and IRM staff. What a great day for science!
IRM staff and collaborating teachers and students donated their time at the 2013 Philadelphia Science Carnival.
